• Information We Collect: We collect information you voluntarily provide when filling out our contact forms, requesting quotes, or booking sessions. This includes your name, email address, phone number, and event details.

• How We Use Your Information: Your information is used strictly to communicate with you regarding your inquiries, send quotes, finalize bookings, and manage your studio or event reservations.

• Analytics and Cookies: We use standard analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors interact with our website. This may include tracking your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. It is used solely to improve our website and marketing efforts.

• Data Sharing: We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We only share data with trusted platforms necessary to run our business (e.g., Squarespace for website hosting and booking management).

2. TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following terms apply to all DJ services, studio time, and lessons booked through DRIIAN and Crossfade Studio Lab.

Bookings, Deposits & Payments

• Securing a Date: All private event and studio bookings require a non-refundable deposit (retainer) to secure the date and time. The remaining balance is due prior to the start of the event or session.

• Cancellations & Rescheduling (Studio & Lessons): Studio time and DJ lessons must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your deposit or the cost of the session.

• Cancellations (Private Events): Event cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits for private events are non-refundable to account for the reservation of the date and turning away other potential clients.

Crossfade Studio Lab Rules & Liability

• Equipment Care: Clients are expected to treat all studio equipment including but not limited to (Controllers, laptops, mixers, consoles, microphones, speakers, etc.) with respect. The client is financially responsible for any damages caused by negligence, spills, or intentional misuse of the gear during their session or lesson.

• Session Time: Booked time slots include setup and breakdown. Please arrive on time, as sessions cannot be extended if you arrive late.

Event DJ Liability

• Venue Infrastructure: DRIIAN or Crossfade Studio Lab LLC is not liable for interruptions to the performance caused by venue infrastructure issues, including but not limited to power outages, blown circuits, or inadequate shelter from weather for outdoor events.

• Safety: We reserve the right to halt the performance or shut down equipment if the crowd or venue conditions become unsafe for the DJ or the audio equipment or requested by law enforcement.
